1 / The Uniform
-Provided for you will be a blue button down and a visor or hat; however, you will need to provide your own blue pants (mens & womens), all black nonslip shoes (mens & womens), and black belt. You can get these from your local Walmart for under $30 or click the link to order online.
1. No smoking in uniform, on the clock, or on the premises.
2. No dangling earrings that hook in the ear. Hoops (under dime size) and studs allowed but need to have a backing. No facial piercings.
4. Clean shaven facial hair.
5. Our uniform must be worn 100% in line with our standards.

IMAGE-Your image relies on an unwavering standard of high-quality sandwiches and quick service. Your customers will soon learn that they will always get sandwiches prepared with fresh ingredients on fresh-baked bread without waiting in a long, slow-moving line.

II. ATMOSPHERE - Maintain a warm and caring atmosphere in your shop. Interact with your customers, getting to know them on a one-to-one basis. Pay strict, personal attention to each order, so that each customer feels he is receiving personalized, unique service, rather than the sterile, mass-production-line approach of your competitors.

III. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Good customer service requires a staff that is dedicated and enthusiastic about serving your customers. Strive to build trust with your employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork. This, as much as any other factor, will allow you to achieve success. “Share your life with the customer.”
